Recovery Agreement Updates

The SecondFi Recovery Agreement has been revised to reflect the final phase of the asset recovery program and the operational wind-down of the platform. These changes apply to all users with an active or pending recovery request.

• •A final submission deadline now applies to all new recovery requests.
• •Data retention and handling after the platform shuts down has been clarified.
• •Dispute resolution and governing-law provisions have been updated for the wind-down.
• •Recoverable balances are now explicitly tied to the June 26, 2026 incident snapshot.
• •The agreement now references the ~129 million ADA held by an independent third-party custodian.
